When we decided to build a house, we wanted it to be everything we ever wished we had, and include all the things over the years that we loved about our other houses. Things like a south facing driveway, large open living spaces, a modern aesthetic, phenomenal views, an art studio, and outdoor spots to enjoy North Dakota’s summers. The process we went through with Plain View Designs was so creative and fun. They got to know us and really spent time being thoughtful about the design. They took into consideration the build site and how we could maximize the views and sun, but minimize wind. They even helped us plan out a place to hide our garbage cans. We wanted simple yet dreamy and that’s exactly what we got. They are absolute artists when it comes to modern design.
