Tanner Reidman was indoctrinated into the industry at a young age. He began his construction career swinging a hammer, which led to the pursuit of an Architectural Drafting and Estimating degree. After a few years working for others, Tanner realized his greatest potential could only be achieved if he was in full control of his future so in 2013 he opened Plain View, turned Truebuild Homes in 2025.
